Kenneth I. Siegel, has served as a director since August 2022 and currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Finance & Risk Committee. In 2009 Mr. Siegel joined Loews Corporation, a diversified company with businesses in the insurance, energy, hospitality and packaging industries, and currently serves as its Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, Energy Subsidiaries and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining Loews, Mr. Siegel was Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for several industry groups at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Siegel serves as a member of the board of directors of CNA Financial Corporation, a publicly traded subsidiary of Loews. Mr. Siegel is also currently the chairman of the board of directors of Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, and serves as a member of the board of directors of Altium Packaging, both of which are also subsidiaries of Loews.
